Searching for a professional Apple Music Converter

I’am glad to find this website that allow peoples can post their question and seek a help. My problem is, I want to sync my downloaded songs from Apple Music to my new purchased Galaxy S8. I don’t want to install the Apple Music APP on my S8, i have Plex media player install already. So, I want to find third-party Apple Music Converter that can help accomplish this.

Does anyone have any practical Apple Music Converter can be recommended to me? I am open for any suggestion, please leave your advice.
