Second monitor not detected after file relocation and system restart

So I recently relocated my files on my PC to an additional hard drive because my original hard drive was full. I also made this other hard drive my default for future files. After I did that I closed everything and shut down my PC and restarted it. When I restarted it only one of my monitors was detected. I went into setting and hit detect monitor and that didn’t help. I changed the HDMI that’s connecting my monitor to my graphics card just in case that was the problem and that didn’t work either. What do I do???
