Secondary IDE CD-Rom

I have a problem with my cd rom. I have recently installed a second Harddrive so i had to move the cd rom to the second ide channel. However in windows the cd rom is not present, but when i boot the machine it detects the a cd rom. When i go into Device Manager and go to Hard Drive Controllers. There is and ! mark next to the second ide channel. What do i have to do to fix the problem. If it is a driver i need where can i get it from.
