Secure network

Ihave an Internet Connection via satelite and share it into WLAN with some ones and I found someone of them connecting other computers to him and getting Internet from him using windows bridge connection how can I stop it from my server> I use the sharing method in my network and my Intranet IP is by default 192.168.0.1
