Security cameras

Hello,
I would like some advice on the best security cameras for home, outdoor. (That isn’t going to empty my bank account).
I’ve looked at some by Yale..
The following things are what I require from the camera.
Motion sensor
Connects to smart phone
Night vision
Atleast 10m vision
Good picture (ie can see faces and number plates)
Saves atleast 24 hours of footage
Weather proof
