Security issues with FP2000 Extensions

I am dealing with security issues concerning FrontPage Extensions. I have done a thorough search for answers to these issues without success. I have 30 City Departmental Liaisons that update their pages using FrontPage 2000. We use FP 2000 because of it’s familiarity. These liaisons are not web professionals, mostly secretaries. Do you have any input on what these FP 2000 Extension vulnerabilities are and any available solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
