Hello I have a small network with a file server and several computers. Most of the time if we have no internet all of the computers have the same problem. Normally if one computer is kicked off the network due to ip problems it can’t see both file server or internet. My problem now is that I have a couple computers that see the internet and file server, and I have a couple that see the file server but not internet. I have rebooted several times, but still the same, network yes internet no. I tried to renew the IP, but got this message “no adapters bound to tcp ip are enabled for dhcp” My router handles all the dhcp. I haven’t had any thing like this happen before anyone have any ideas. Sorry not very knowledgeable on network issues, but trying to learn. I thought about restarting the router, but was worried of loosing this computer with internet. Can’t help me if I cant see replies. Just found out that the computers are back up. I would not submit this post, but want to know some ideas incase it happens again. Thanks.
