Seeking Help: GPU Still Overheating Despite Proper Cooling Setup

My GPU has been overheating lately, and I’m honestly running out of ideas. I even got a water cooling system installed, and later had my air conditioner cleaned thinking maybe room temperature was the issue — but the GPU is still heating up.

Has anyone faced a similar problem or knows what might be causing this? Any advice would be appreciated!
