I have a PC that has 32MB RAM and running Windows 95B. It has Netscape 4.61 on it among other programs. If I try to print an email or anything from Netscape after the computer has been running for a while I get the following error:
Netscape caused a segment not present fault in module KRNL386.exe at 0001:0000LA2A
If I restart the computer it seems to print fine but after awhile I am back to the same problem. I have been reluctant to uninstall and reinstall because of all the logs and email and such that is stored in the program.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the network printer drivers but that has not resolved the problem. Have also done some various other things (like removing all .tmp files) but that didn’t help either. Thoughts??
