Segmented network with 2 routers (managing question)

Good morning. I have two routers in my Home network. Netgear RAX120 (main 192.168.1.1) and RAX10 (secondary 192.168.2.1)

Both have DHCP active. Secondary serves all IOT devices.

I want to be able to get to my RAX10 router gui page from my 192.168.1.1 network via a browser page.

I can get to RAX120 from my 192.168.2.1 network via a browser, just not the other way around. I feel like I’m close but have not been able to figure the other direction. I assume it is a static path setup?

While it is simple enough to just wirelessly connect to each network for management needs via a laptop, I really just want to figure out how to manage the 2.1 network from the 1.1 network via a LAN connection.
