Self-Disabling DNS Service

Still have this problem, folkes…

I have a Win2000 DC that periodically disables itself by changing the service startup on the DNS service from Automatic to Disabled. It might be that someone is screwing around with me, but I don’t think so. The server is password protected and I leave it in a locked mode all the time. I believe the password is secure.

Can anyone think of a reason why this might be happening? Thanks!
