send command via SSH

Hi. I want to send multi command line or a text file to my cisco router(2811,2651,1700,3661)such as some command for activating ssh. But putty just could send one line command (such as show configuration, Show Running configuration and …).so is there any software to help me.
By the way, my platform is Microsoft Windows.
