Hi all,
I’ve spent a lot of time researching this and I cannot find an answer. Maybe someone else can help me ;-).
At our organisation we are running EIMS 3.2.10 as our mail server. When someone wants to send an email to multiple recipients, if one of those recipients has a full mailbox EIMS returns 522 User mailbox full and no one gets the email. As far as I can tell, this is fairly standard behaviour on the part of the server. It’d be great if I could tell Outlook to try to resend the mail to all other recipients, ignoring the one with the full mailbox. This happens if I send an email to multiple recipients in our domain from my gmail account (i.e. if I send from my gmail account to multiple recipients, everyone gets the message except the user with the full mailbox.), is it possible to tell Outlook to do this?
Thanks for your advice.
Tim.
