sendmail and pop server

HI,
i am running sendmail 8.xx on solaris as Smtp server. I want to setup a pop server on windows nt machine.how its possible that pop server get mails from smtp server.i dont want to install smtp on windows nt machine
i think some thing to done with LDA like mine is proc mail. My pop sever is of oracle product
