Hello,
Several times now I’ve been invited for interview for senior management positions. These invitations are based on my CV and current experiences; various international assignments, multi-lingual(5), management experience. My age is 31.
Several times now I received the rejection that “they” preferred somebody more senior.
Is there a way to overcome this result? Maybe acting different during the interview?
What are experiences in this area?
