Ser/Parell/Ide plug in cards

I have a variety of these cards that i need to find jumper settings for, even though i have fcc id some of the manufactures are out of business or not anserwing email, anyone know of a source for jumper settings for plug in cards? please reply to rcooper@cfl.rr.com thanks.
