Serial – Parallel Port Not Detected

I have Intel PCIset SB82371FB chipset with Pentium-S 75 Mhz processor & Award Modular V4.50G BIOS. No any serial or parrallel port detect on motherboard. It shows Serial Port : None, Parallel Port : None. Also no any Floppy Drive works on it. HDD detection is OK. Windows 95 runs without Mouse. I have tried by changing Serial & Parallel port in BIOS with every possibility.

Can anybody have information about it?
