Serious Print Problems

I’ve got a network with 20 computers, running a mix of win98/95/me/2000 and a server running 2000 adv. There is a hp4000n installed on the network and several computers have local printers also. everyone can print just fine except one. It is runningwin98SE and cannot print to the network printer or its local printer (hp6l) printing to the network printer it gives the error message “the network printer is no longer available” printing to the local printer gives and out of paper error even though it is full and the light is green on the printer. After several wasted hours I gave up and did a clean install of win98SE on this computer and yet it still has the same problem, and like i said the other 19 pc’s still print just fine
