Server 2003

I hate to ask this. But at my previous job we used to use Sysprep and other Windows tools to re image computers. When imaging we would boot the PC to be imaged to the PXE NIC and it would bring up a list of which image to place on the PC. What is this feature called and how do I access it. It’s been so long, I just can’t remember. Thanks for your help!
