Server 2003 active directory and My network places do not see the same mach

We are currently running 3 servers – a win 2000 and (2) win 2003s. On the 2003 server we can see new computers that have been added to the domain in both active directory and My Network Places. On the Win 2003 servers I can see the new computers in active directory but not in My Network Places. We are running 140 XP machines under one domain and one subnet. I need to know how to make the Win. 2003 servers find new computers in My Network Places as the anti virus we use (Vexira from Cental Command)uses My Network Places to load new computers into their data base.
