Server 2003 BSOD on installation

I am installing windows server 2003 on a new MB with a Q6600 CPU. Each time it finishes the install in the dos mode it blue screens and reboots. I tried a different motherboard with a different chipset, same problem. I tried a dual core instead of a quad as well, still BSOD. I even tried a different Server 2003 disk. I’ve tried new Hard drives and new memory. I’m out of ideas.
