Server 2003 OS – Users Printer & Sharing

i have installed & running server 2003 OS in our office. i have problem that i had set the properties of server in sharing when i was using workgroup but now when users log on their computer they didn’t find the printers. i had checked the property of sharing & i had seen that the given group can have access to that printer & even sometimes it does not allow user also to see also…so i have problem using server 2003 os. can u please help me out from these so that i can work smoothly….thnx…
