Server 2003 RRAS Issue

Good Afternoon:

Using Windows Server 2003, i am having an issue with RRAS. The server was used as a VPN in the past as well as a central share for a small office. At one point the RRAS was disabled, then enabled, through admin tools and after it was enabled all connectivity was lost.

The server can not ping out nor be pinged, cannot view webpages, nor get updates… you get the idea.

The routing table is fine, and no network settings have been changed.

When I disable RRAS through services all connectivity returns to the server.

I was told there were error messages when starting up the RRAS but unfortunately not what.

Is reinstalling RRAS the best option or is there something I may be missing?
