server 2008 standard normal mode and safe mode not login

i have server 2008 standard with domain controler. i have facing the problem is that we are unable to login server in normal and safe mode.and error show is c00002e0 like this. we are able to log in server only Directory service restore mode only. plz give the soluation and how can i log in server in normal mode.
