Server 2012 password protected access

Situation with a server 2012 on a workgroup: no domain, no active ditrectory, sole role is file server.
Users can access the shared folder.
Is it possible to create for each user an individual folder, only accessible by them with a logon (username, password) from any machine in the workgroup WITHOUT macking them users on the server. If yes, where do you enter the credentials on the server.
