Server 2K3 and SQL permissions

Hello,
I ran across a post from 2 years ago, that is the exact problem I am having. Using Access 2000 to connect to an SQL2K Ent. database, after upgrading our servers to 2K3, all users attempting to connect to the SQL database have to have domainAdmin rights, otherwise I get errors like “file is already open”, “could not lock file”. This program worked fine under Advanced Server 2000. Thanks in advance for your time and advice.
