Server busy

I am having a pop up of “Server Busy” with options to “retry”, “change programs”, or “cancel”. It cannot be canceled, or closed when I try the start menu pops up. If I restart it goes away. It seems to only pop up when I use my Nero 7 but they don’t seem to have an answer! Help!
