Server Client Network Monitoring tool?

Does anyone know of a network monitoring tool that allows you to install a client version which sends notifications back to the server?

I have 80 computers spread across Texas all under their own personal firewall. This is why I am looking for something that the client sends out instead of the server monitoring.
