Server Event Log Saving

Can someone help me with this? My manager wants the logs on the servers to saved…ALL of them. No deletion of any logs or overwriting of any logs. Is there anything out there that will allow me to save this logs with out having to manually go to each server and clearly the logs? As stated, logs can not be overwritten, deleted. Just saved and stored and moved out of the current viewing location so that logs are not huge when time to research them. The log file should be 50MB at best at all times. Please advise…..
