Server Event Management

Can anyone recommend some software thay would help manage server events? Right now we have an mmc that we have to go thru manually each day. I’d like to find something that would automatically fire off an email or alert whenever certain errors or warnings are generated. It would need to be able to see about 50 – 60 nodes as well as SQL and file clusters. Be great if it could also monitor virtual servers as well.
