Server Fax printer, prints to file.

I have just changed our server for a new fangled thing. It’s set up working perfectly apart from the fact when we try and send a fax using the fax utility it prints to file rather than using the fax printer. We recieve faxes fine it’s just sending them. Does anyone have any ideas?
