Server hardware migration

I had to migrate from Novell to SBS 2003 on the same machine. I have the migrated server up using a temp server machine all is great. But when I try to get the drives to come up in the original machine It starts to boot and the reboots. The temp server is an AIC-7880 on board scsi and the new one is an LSI PERC controller. Any ideas?
