Server Management Console Small Business Server 2003

I need to reinstall the Server Management Console and its accompanying wizards to a Windows 2003 Small Business Server. I have already read this article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/829622. This does not work for me as the component selection screen does not appear. Instead I am prompted to either create a new domain or join this server to an existing domain. This box is a stand alone file server only and will not be part of a domain.

Is there any way to reinstall the Server Management Console?
