Server Manager rights

Is there any way to run server manager to add/remove computer from the domain if you are not in the domain admin group? I have rights on the network to do so. But if I try to do it from the manager it says Access is denied. If there is a way I can get it done. My admin just doesn’t know where else to look. Anyone know how?
