Server Mirroring / Load Balancing

i wish to install a new web/sql server in a remote location, which will mirror an existing server. How can i do this? or better yet, allow the 2 separate servers to act as load balancers? The servers are not exacly ‘mission critical’ but they do have live jobs that need to be synchronised.
