Server monitoring software

The Company I work for is looking for a Server monitoring solution, so far I have looked at active experts software and Microsoft MOM.

What I would like is software that has most of the functionality listed below. does anyone know of anything that fits?

Large data transfer monitor
Graphical overview
Run standard checks (Disk space, memory, sevices etc..)
Indivual process monitoring
Event Logs
No domain/trust dependance
Exchange
SQL
Printers
Insight Integration

Oh & Email notification!

We have around 75-90 servers at any given time
