Server Real Time BackUP ??

Hello guys i’m IT administrator in dayly newspapper, i need help about Proffesional Real time backup software the only thing i want to achive is example ( in the newspapper where i work the journalist make 100 to 150 *.doc per day, files photos etc etc)i make backup up of files every 10 days but i;m interesting in real time backup or mirroring folders i dont want to waste time for this, the achive is what i save in work Server to be automatically saved in Backup server i want to prevent files from disaster ex: (HDD crash) i appreciate any experience or another idea..
