Server running very slow

I have a dell 6400 and I am running prinergy. My 2 sytem drives were replaced yesterday and the raids were rebuilt. I have a raid 1 for the sys drives and a raid 5 for the data. I am back up now but everything is running very slow, any suggestions why stuff that use to take 2 minutes takes 40 now?
