Server-Side Exchange Rules

Hi Nathan,

I have filters set up for my own mailbox and there is no problem there. The issue is that I am wishing to set up server-side filters that would be applicable to all users of this mailbox. When I try to set up a rule for this mailbox myself I get the following message:

SUCCESS! The Rule “LIDO System” has been created.
The Rule is a client-only rule and will run only when Outlook is running.

This is obviously not achieving what we want here.

Another part of the issue is that the *email address* address is copying messages to all users of the * workgroup as well as delivering it to the mailbox which defeats the purpose of setting up the mailbox in the first place !
