Server Slow

Dear All,

We are maintaining windows 2000 server as Web server. I am using IIS for creating web sites and FTP sites. due to some virus the IIS FTP service is not starting. instead some other ftp is starting ( Serv-U FTP ). but i have not installed any FTP software other than IIS.

I try to kill that ftp using active port software, but its not displaying there also.

Kindly give solution how to resolve this problem.
