Server Virtualisation, consolidation P2V

Im trying for P2V conversion using Microsoft virtual server 2005 and VSMT.

I use GatherHW.exe to gather info about source machine. I need it to take only C: i.e system drive information and leave out other logical drives like F: E:. But I am unable to acheive this. Can anybody please help
