Server vs Workstation protocol bindings in 2003 server

In Windows NT4 Server, under Network Bindings, there are separate entries for Server and Workstation services.

We have a web/email server with IPX bound to and TCP/IP unbound from, the workstation service. The opposite is true on the server service.

I know where the bindings are in Server 2003, but is there anyplace I can bind/unbind based on workstation vs server?
