Server was hanged and looping restart?

Our server running on window server R2 standard. recently it usualy hang at dead of night when tape backup was running. Next morning we have to restart it on “”last good known configuration”” mode. If we restart normally the restarting process would be stop during apply starting up window. after that it was restarted again.

Please help me ?
