Server2000 not ‘browsable’ on network

I have a home network with 1 XP, 1 Server 2000 and 1 Vista machine on it. It seems I can not browse to my 2000 computer. Here is a list of what I can and can not do:

*Ping 2000 from XP & Vista: Yes
*Browse 2000 on Network from XP & Vista: No
*Run \\<2000-ip-addy>\ from XP & Vista: Yes
but does not see any shares (all shared)
*Ping XP & Vista from 2000: Yes
*Run \\\: Not found
*On my router the 2000 machine (static IP) address does not show on my Clients table. Should it show up or not?
