Service Acceptance Role – Suggested Reading / Courses

Hi All,

I have recently taken on a role that is classed as service acceptance. This means safeguarding the infrastructure, this means ensuring that new processes are created and that the technology is fit for purpose in our systems.

While i am confident i am doing a good job, does anyone know of any books or courses that would ensure i am completely up to speed on this role?
