“Service Pack and Hot Fix Report

Many of the managers for the clients that we manage would like to see a report of all the Service Packs and Hot Fixes for all the OS and Applications that are currently installed on a Server. We are dealing with NT, 2000 Servers. Is there a way toaccomplish this with a Microsoft or 3rd party Utility?
