Services down after runnig SP1 for Windows 2003

I have run SP1 for Windows 2003. The server is not loading almost any of the services. I have reboot it several times and always the services cannot start. I haven’t find a KB article talking about this, does anyone know how to fix it? is removing the SP1 the only way to get it work?.
