Set admin shares and log on as service help

We are doing a build of a large number of windows 2003 server and I have two questions I hope to get answered so that I don’t have to manualy do it on each one.

1. Our build (which we can’t alter) by default takes of the admin shares. What I need to do is after the build is applied either have a script or a reg hack that set’s my admin shares back up.

2. After our build I need to set an account to have “log on as service” rights. Is there a simple script or reg hack that can be used for that?
