Set Permissions on multiple Pub Folders?

Using: OL98 C/W on Exchange 5.5 on NT4

Question: How to change the permissions on multiple Public Folders?

Discussion: There MUST be a way to change permissions on multiple Public Folders at the same time. Do I tell users that they must manually change permissions on each of their many folders each time a team member changes?
