Setting up a home web server

Hi,

I have a Netgear DG834GT, a static IP address and a Windows 2003 SBS. I want to set up a small website so that I can upload data to my server from outside.

I am not sure how to set up the DG834GT router to direct the request to that page.

Any help/tips will be greatfully received!
